SEAGULL (Smart Educational Autonomy through Guided Language Learning) is a project funded by the European Union that aims to promote language tandems at universities and in continuing adult education outside the academy.  Visit the SEAGULL website to find tandem partners in an ever-growing number of languages and/or use the free didacticized database of learning materials for the different CEFR-levels to conduct your tandem – from beginner to advanced.
